General

Myth Maker A.I. is a web-based adventure game ("Platform") where the user plays as the hero character, and the AI creates an interactive story for the user to play in, along with unique AI-generated images("Platform Services"). The Platform Services are generated on the spot by AI technologies such as GPT-3 and Dall-e 2 APIs, allowing the AI to immerse and provide a unique experience for the user. The Platform provides information about Myth Maker A.I. and its Platform Services, enables its users to sign up or sign-in to the Platform, subscribe to Myth Maker A.I. newsletter to receive marketing updates, share on social medias the user’s interactive progress on the Platform purchase in-game tokens (Myth Coins), and to contact Myth Maker A.I. for inquires.

Device

Users can access the Platform through various Devices. A “Device” is any digital device used to access the Platform, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device. This Privacy Policy governs your access to the Platform and Platform Services,regardless of how you access them, and by using our Platform and Platform Services you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy.

Please note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is limited only to information collected by Myth Maker A.I. through your use of its Platform and Platform Services. • Sign Up:If you wish to sign up to the Platform, we will collect your Personal Information such as your email address to enable you to use the Platform and Platform Services.
• Sign up via SSO:If you wish to sign-up or log-in to your account to use the Platform, we may also use a Single Sign-On account (“SSO”) such as Google, Meta, or other available SSO services. Signing invia the SSO will provide us with access to information these SSO services obtain about you,and all in accordance with your specific SSO’s privacy settings.
• Contacting Us:If you wish to contact us for support regarding our Platform, this Privacy Policy or any other matter, we will collect your name, email address, and the content you submitted to facilitate your inquiry.
• Subscribing to our Newsletter:If you wish to register to our newsletter and be provided with information on the Platform Services and special promotions, we will collect your email address if you choose to provide it and will send you the required materials.
• Information Collected via Targeted Advertisement Practices:Myth Maker A.I. uses various advertising practices in cooperation with third party services and products. We use certain data about you in order to improve our advertising practices and make the ads we deliver more effective, relevant and enjoyable, including by deploying interest-based advertising, as well as targeting and ad measurement and attribution systems.Such data includes your Device advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA or Advertising ID), to the extent available), data related to your connected SSO account (if any, such as your gender,region or country), and other demographic and interests-based information that we or our partners may have received from or about you.The ads we or our partners deliver may be shown within our Platform or through other channels, such as third party websites and applications. If you wish to prevent the use of your Device’s advertising ID or other identifiers for interest-based advertising, you may change your Device settings to reset such advertising ID or opt out of such advertising (typically, this is available under the “Privacy” or “Ads” section in your Device settings).Please note that if you reset your advertising ID or opt out of interest based advertising, you may still see advertisements in our Platform, or on any other channels, but those ads will not be targeted based on the above mentioned identifiers.

Use of Information

We use Personal Information we collect from you for a range of different business purposes according to different legal bases of processing. We may use or process your Personal Information for the following purposes. One or more purposes may apply simultaneously.

• Providing the Requested Platform Services
  • We collect Personal Information listed in Sections a-c above, to provide you with the Platform Services you contracted to receive
  • Such collection of information will enable us to provide you with technical and professional assistance, with regard to the Platform Services you use or intend to use.
  • We process the Personal Information where it is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract regarding the provision of the Platform and Platform Services.
• Improvement and Development of the Platform Services
